It took years for my mother to admit she had a substatnce dependency. Her addiction caused much pain and sorrow in our family and childhood was not very pleasant for me. As I got older and figured out that my mother was actually suffering from a substatnce dependency I decided to find help for her. After doing some research on residential treatment center I decided to have an intervention done on my mother. My mother went into residential treatment center two years ago and today she is the mother I always wanted her to be.
